The Hospital Niguarda Ca’ Granda promotes every activity which may favour funding by third parties in order to support its core services, according to the law 449/1997 art. 43, which encourages public corporations to underwrite contracts of sponsorization which guarantee the quality of the services offered and are favourable to the image of both the sponsor and the sponsoree.
These contracts can be made with private or public entities, individual businesses, charities, associations, foundations and private citizens, as long as there is no conflict of interest regarding the goals and competence of the hospital.
Sponsored grants may include every contribution of money or services provided by third parties with the intention of improving the image and/or trademark of the donor.
Sponsor’s trademark will be displayed only in the environment of the sponsor event, according to the rules of contract of sposorization and the agreements made with the Marketing Office (Area Marketing).

The realization of the web site is entirely funded with institutional monies.

The Hospital reserves the right to refuse sponsors which are felt either unsuitable or conflicting with its institutional goals.
Sponsors should de clearly identified as such and indicated separately from the informative content of the web site.
